Brookings Installs New Press
Falcon Plastics is pleased to announce the installation of a new 390 ton Nissei injection molding machine in our Brookings facility. This brings the total press count to 45 injection molding machines in Brookings. The need for a new machine stems from consistent new orders, an increased demand of current products, and new programs that are coming online later this year.
We are currently running power to the machine and should have it commissioned in early October.
A Sepro Robot and work cell will be coming arriving by mid November, but the machine will begin producing existing products as soon as it is qualified! We are very excited about this opportunity and the additional capacity this will bring in the 390 ton range.
