Sharp Award Recipient

Falcon Plastics is proud to announce that the Lexington, TN plant has been awarded the Safety & Health Achievement Recognition Program (SHARP) award. This award is one of the state’s highest honors for workplace safety and health. It is a prestigious award that recognizes employers who operate an exemplary safety and health management system. During this past year, the Lexington team has worked closely with TOSHA consultants to develop, implement and continually improve their workplace safety and health programs. This has resulted in a reduction of their injury rates as well as the implementation of a comprehensive safety and health program that employees are actively involved with. The award provides promotion of a safe and healthy workplace and also allows this worksite to be removed from TOSHA programmed compliance inspection lists for a period of 12 months. Congratulations to everyone at the Lexington division for this accomplishment!
